Brian Ray West

Brian Ray West, age 64, of Roland, Oklahoma, passed away on June 2, 2025. He was born on May 10, 1961, in Delta, Colorado, to EvaLee Juan (Haddox) West and Gary Benjamin West. He was married to Nancy (Horne) West on December 30, 2011 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Brian will be remembered for his loving nature and vibrant spirit, having touched the lives of many as a musician, guitarist, printer, electrician and being a natural-born animal whisperer.

Brian is survived by his wife, Nancy (Horne) West of the home; two sons, Ray Benjamin West and April of Heavener, OK, and Cody West and Jessica of Battle Creek, MI; three grandchildren, Ben West, Carlee West, and Walker West; sister, Terry Lee West-Cooper of Muldrow, OK; brother, Gary Edward West and Carole Crockett-West of Plano, TX; niece, Elise Rose Cooper-Horne; nephews, Garrett Benjamin Cooper, Benjamin Tyler West, and Joseph Walter West; along with several great-nieces and great-nephews, including Annaliese, Evie, Avery, Samuel, Courson, and Everett.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother-in-law, Jerry Cooper.

A cremation service for Brian is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. A family held memorial service will be held at a later date.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will forever hold a special place in the hearts of family and friends.
