Bob passed away, in his home, on October 7, 2025, after a difficult battle with pancreatic cancer.
He was born on January 4, 1948 to Gillie and Melvin Risley, in their home, in the Blackgum Community, Oklahoma. Bob graduated from Vian High School in 1966. After graduating, he started a family and pursued many different careers to include: boot making, construction, heavy equipment operator, truck driver and farmer. But his true passion, from a young age, was horses. He took special pride in training his horses for shows and cutting horse competitions.

He is survived by his sister, Dixie and brother-in-law Jerry; his wife, Faye; his children, Levi and daughter-in-law Renee, Stephanie, Tracy, Gill and daughter-in-law, Delaina; their mother, Doris; twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gillie and Melvin; and his siblings, Delphi, Donald, Caprice, Phyllis and Shirley and his sons-in-law, Ramon Harris and Monte Heppel.
May Bob rest in peace and may his family and friends find comfort in the memories they shared.
