Cremation Service for Bobby F. Mays, 85, of Stilwell, Oklahoma, is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on August 26, 1938 in Bunch, Oklahoma to Callie Maxine (Gipson) Mays and Wendell Mays and passed away on June 7, 2024 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. He was married to Vestie Marie (Brown) Mays on December 17, 1962 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on August 18, 2021. Bobby was retired from Whirlpool Corporation of Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was proud veteran, having served in the United States Army from 1961-1963. He loved to read and watch westerns. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.

Survivors are two sons, Robert Mays and Mary of Stilwell, OK and Steven Mays of Stilwell, OK; one daughter, Vicki Johnson of Stilwell, OK; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Garland Mays and Linda of Charleston, AR and Johnny Mays and Shirley of Stilwell, OK; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; and one brother, Billy Mays.
