Survivors are parents, Tim and Tessa George of Roland, OK; three siblings, Avianna Polk, Zoey George and Marya Johnson; grandparents, Roger and Veronica Johnson of Roland, OK and Tim George of Roland, OK; aunt, Ashley Taylor and John of Sallisaw, OK; grandmothers, Bernice Johnson of Muldrow, OK and Annell George of Paragould, AR; and numerous other relatives.
