Funeral Service for Alice Stahl, age 62, of Vian, Oklahoma, will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Blackgum Christian Union Church in the Blackgum community, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in the Blackgum community, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Alice was born on November 5, 1963, in Stayton, Oregon, to Dorothy Priscilla (Pruitt) Rowe and Robert Frank Rowe. She passed away on May 14, 2026, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Alice was united in marriage to Lenny Stahl on April 10, 1993, in the Blackgum community, Oklahoma. A devoted homemaker and a person of Christian faith, she found joy in sharing messages and songs of inspiration on Facebook, sending postcards to loved ones, and singing songs and gospel music. She also cherished her beloved cats.
Alice is lovingly remembered by her husband, Lenny Stahl; her special adopted daughter, Blue Rife, and her three children, Anawake, Collin, and Kaylee Deerinwater; six brothers—Robert Rowe of Garland, Texas, Norman Rowe of Van Buren, Arkansas, Merel Rowe of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, David Rowe of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, Paul Rowe of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and Edwin Rowe of Harrah, Oklahoma; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Threasa Kelley and Mary Jumper; and her brothers, James Rowe, Earl Rowe, and Charles Rowe.
Active pallbearers will be her nephews. Honorary pallbearers include Brian Locust, Tom Gilbreath, Mark Collins, Mike Webber, Frankie Rogers, Steve Mosby, and Darren Davis.
Friends and family are welcome to pay their respects during the viewing from noon to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
All family and friends attending the service are welcome to join the family for a dinner at the Evening Shade Community Building following the burial.
Alice’s life was a blessing to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
