Funeral Service for Adam Zane Haddox, 23, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

He was born on September 27, 2002 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Lea Ann Haddox and Robert Eugene Elkins and passed away on April 19, 2026 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Survivors are mother, Lea Ann Haddox of Welling, OK; one brother, Braden Haddox of Sallisaw, OK; grandmother, Shirley Rogers of Sallisaw, OK; uncles, David Haddox of Sallisaw, OK, Jim and Renee Rogers and Tom and Wanda Rogers; great-grandmother, Betty Haddox of Sallisaw, OK; and several other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Rogers; and his great-grandmother, Imogene Renfro.

Viewing will be 2 - 8 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
