Survivors are his mother, Lea Ann Haddox of Welling, OK; one brother, Braden Haddox of Sallisaw, OK; grandmother, Shirley Rogers of Sallisaw, OK; one uncle, David Haddox of Sallisaw, OK; great-grandmother, Betty Haddox of Sallisaw, OK; and several other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Rogers.
