Mr. Don R. Smith was born June 17, 1944 in Gans, Oklahoma, the son of Andrew Smith and Hazel Tounzen Smith. He was an electrical lineman, of the Christian faith and a member of the Sallisaw Masonic Lodge #120. Mr. Smith passed this life on April 9, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 64 years, 9 months and 23 days.

2 daughters and sons in law: Darla and Terry Hutson of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and
Karlyn and Shawn Cottle of Ft. Worth, Texas
1 son and daughter in law: Rick and Sherri Smith of Sapulpa, Oklahoma
3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren
