Mrs. Carolyn Gail Lewis was born June 14, 1951 in Ulysses, Kansas, the daughter of Star Sims and Mary Elizabeth (Edwards) Sims. She married Eddie Lewis on August 28, 1969 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Mrs. Lewis passed this life on April 17, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 57 years, 10 months and 3 days.
