Mr. Melvin "Rob" Kelley, Jr. was born April 1, 1960 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the son of Melvin Robert Kelley, Sr. and Rose Marie Vann Kelley. He married Mary Ellen Rosson Kelley on September 6, 1981 in Blackgum, Oklahoma. Mr. Kelley passed this life on June 21, 2009 in Branson, Missouri after having attained the age of 49 years, 2 months and 20 days.
